Photocleavable Tags Novel photocleavable (PC) reagents for purification and characterization of biomolecules including PC-biotin and PC-ICAT. These products are based on Ambergen's proprietary Photocleavable Linker Technology (see also Genomic Analysis)	Cell-free Expressed Antigens Specially engineered cell-free expressed antigens can be used in a variety of biomedical assays including for detection of autoimmune and tumor asscociated antibodies. These antigens are also used in Ambergen's proprietary T²-ELISA assays.

Applications include massively parallel DNA sequencing.


PC-DNA-Polypeptide Hybridization Tags Proprietary Photocleavable (PC) DNA-Polypeptide conjugates that can be used in biomedical assays to rapidly identify multiple mutations by using mass spectrometry to decode the photocleavable tag	High Sensitivity Multiplex Mutation Scanning A genomic platform that can scan regions of a gene for mutations at much higher sensitivity than conventional DNA sequencing based on Ambergen's proprietary MASSIVE-PRO technology.


CRC-ProScreen Signature Based on a simple blood test, this assay detects CRC using Ambergen's proprietary cell-free protein expression technology.	CRC-Recurrence Signature Complete Assay for Recurrence Likelihood Assessment Ambergen's Colorectal Recurrence Signature test is a clinical assay that can indicate the likelihood of recurrence after standard treatment.


Colorectal Cancer-ID An assay to scan for chain truncating mutations in the APC gene associated with an inherited form of colorectal cancer (CRC) using Ambergen's proprietary ELISA-PTT technology.	Neurofibromatosis-ID An assay to scan for chain truncating mutations in the NF1&NF2 genes associated with neurofibromatosis based on Ambergen's proprietary ELISA-PTT technology.


CML-DR A blood test to identify with high sensitivity mutations associated with Gleevec resistance in Chronic Myelogenous Leukemia (CML) patients based on Ambergen's proprietary Mass Spectrometry of In vitro Expressed Protein (MASSIVE-PRO) technology.	HIV-DR A blood test to identify with high sensitivity viral mutations associated with resistance to anti-viral drug treatment for HIV patients based on Ambergen's proprietary Mass Spectrometry of In vitro Expressed Protein (MASSIVE-PRO) technology.
